Please be mindful of the items you are ordering and the conditions they may encounter during transit. While I take great care to package all orders securely and ensure they leave my hands in perfect condition, some factors are beyond my control once a package is in transit.
For example, candles are sensitive to extreme temperatures. I ship from Texas, and during summer months temperatures can exceed 100–115°F. High heat may cause candles to soften, sweat, or melt during shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge these risks and understand that weather-related damage is not considered a defect.
